Who is this certification program for?

This program is designed for both experienced career coaches and individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed in their careers. Whether you’re a seasoned coach looking to expand your client base or someone new to coaching, we provide the training and tools you need to excel.

Do I need prior experience as a coach to enroll?

No prior coaching experience is required! Our program includes beginner-friendly training that covers the fundamentals of career coaching. You’ll gain confidence, skills, and certification to launch or enhance your coaching career.

How does the certification process work?

The program is delivered online over 30 days and includes:

• Live Zoom training sessions.

• Comprehensive workbooks for self-paced learning.

• Teach-back sessions to refine your skills.

Once completed, you’ll receive official certification as a Jobz Cafe™️ Career Coach.

How do I pay for the certifcation program

The certification cost includes a complimentary travel stay valued at up to $1,000 or $1000 hotel stay, providing an added benefit that matches the program's value.

How can I earn income through this program?

You can earn in two ways:

Affiliate Commissions: Receive 20% for direct referrals, 10% for second-tier referrals, and 5% for third-tier referrals.

Paid Coaching Opportunities: Facilitate calls for Jobz Cafe™️ and get paid for your expertise.

What support will I receive after becoming certified?
