We build awareness of career opportunities and assist seekers to improve job skills. The result - jobzcafe generates a consistent pool of qualified active and passive candidates.

We consult with companies to develop an Integrated Recruitment Marketing Strategy that combines Marketing (advertising, online, social media) Local Events (job fairs, trainings) and Real Human Relations to brand their company, promote their benefits to job seekers and retain employees.

Through our affiliation with WDBJ7, the local CBS affiliate, we promote jobzcafe.com throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. WDBJ7 currently operates four different streams of television programming and two streams of online content including http://www.wdbj7.com.
